Chair Resignation Personifies Arts Funding Frustrations

Last week, the former Chair of the BC Arts Council, Jane Danzo, publicly spoke about her reasons for leaving the organization as related to restrictions and limitations she finds difficult and defeating. Artist Bio-Esther Rausenberg
