Enable: Nourishment A Workshop with Patricia Mirth
Join Patricia Mirth in “Enable: Nourishment”, where participants will be invited to 2 hours of self-nourishment utilizing different mindful and creative modes of poetry, crafting, somatic and narrative therapy, and meditation.

Ritual (R)evolution
How do we honour the cycles? How do we honour death as part of the cycle? How do we break apart from part of the cycles that do not save us, cycles of harm? Through a ritual exploration of these questions, the artists of Enable will take us through an interdisciplinary experience. Weaving in meditations, visual art, light and soundscape, poetry, movement and more, for a journey into the world of the artists. With poetry openers Allison Shields and Harpreet Kang, and live drawing from Alisha Sian. Enable Ensemble: Franz Seachel, Bryn Davies, Anjalica Soloman, Alyssa Amarshi, & Thelonious Lee Dexter.
