The annual general meeting of the Community Arts Council for the 2015-16 year will be held on Thursday, December 1st, 2016 from 6:30–8pm at the Woodward’s Heritage building (111 West Hastings St) in the W Room on the 5th floor. The door from the atrium locks automatically at 6pm. We will try to make sure someone is downstairs to let people in. If no one is there when you arrive, please call or text 604.681.2715
Members are encouraged to attend this important event. Your voice matters to your Community Arts Council. Membership sign-up or renewal can be done in advance online or at the meeting itself. Light refreshments will be served.
