Board of Directors information
A presentation by Lena and Derek to the Board. The board usually meets in the Woodwards Heritage Building on the 4th Thursday in the evening.
The CACV board consists of a president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer and past president and between two and six members at large who take on a responsibility area of one of our programs or priorities. The board is elected by the membership at the Annual General Meeting each year. Vacancies can be filled by the board in between annual general meetings.
